Writer/Designer and Lender Bogosi Sekhukhuni (b. South Africa, 1991) offers considerations on cultures and histories of technology and science. Sekhukhuni develops research programmes that think through postempiricist philosophies of science and pan-global rationalities, critiques and politics of knowledge economies, and cultures of futurity. Sekhukhuni tells stories about the material histories and scientific theories of living organisms, physical phenomena and environments, bringing together a range of inquiries she tentatively describes as a "geo-socio technique or logic". Sekhukhuni has worked closely with pioneering artist collective CUSS GROUP and co-founded the artist group NTU with Nolan Oswald Dennis and Tabita Rezaire. They are co-principals of the design outfit INFANT with Sidony O'Neal. Sekhukhuni's practice has received international recognition and backing from cultural organizations that include The Museum of Modern Art, Tate Modern, Rhizome, Centre Pompidou, Fondazione Prada, and Bamako Encounters.
